Agreement to Terms

By accessing AI Superpower (course-ai.app), operated by Soul AI LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. "AI-Nate" is the instructor brand under which our content is published. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What AI Superpower Is

AI Superpower is a learning platform with two parts: discovery of courses and live lessons hosted on third-party platforms (Maven, Udemy), and a member community where you can post, comment, and share what you're building.

Your Account

• You can sign up with Google or with an email and password. Keep your credentials secure — you're responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and don't impersonate anyone else.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• One account per person; accounts are for personal, non-commercial use.

Community Rules

The community works because members build in public and help each other. When posting or commenting, you agree not to:

• Post spam, unsolicited advertising, or repetitive self-promotion
• Harass, threaten, or demean other members
• Post illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or deliberately misleading content
• Share other people's personal information without their consent
• Upload malware, phishing links, or content designed to harm others
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect member data or content
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access other members' accounts

Your Content

You own the posts, comments, and profile content you create. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the AI Superpower community so the service can function. You can delete your own posts and comments at any time, which ends that license for the deleted content (except copies needed for legal compliance or backups). You're solely responsible for what you post — make sure you have the rights to anything you share.

Moderation and Termination

We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, harm other members, or harm the service — with or without notice. You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time via support@course-ai.app.

Course Enrollment

All course and live-lesson enrollments are processed by the hosting platforms (Maven, Udemy). Their terms of service govern your enrollment, payment, and participation. We're not a party to those transactions.

Marketing Communications and Consent

By creating an account or registering for courses through AI Superpower, you consent to receive promotional communications from Soul AI LLC (sent under the AI-Nate brand) — new course launches, live lessons, offers, and educational content. When you register on third-party platforms through our links, your contact information may be shared with Soul AI LLC to provide relevant course information. You can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting support@course-ai.app.

Intellectual Property

The AI Superpower site — its design, text, graphics, and code — is owned by Soul AI LLC. Course names and logos of third-party platforms belong to their respective owners. You may not copy or reuse site content beyond personal, non-commercial browsing without permission.

Disclaimer

The service and all materials are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Community content reflects the views of its authors, not ours, and we don't guarantee its accuracy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Soul AI LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, instructors, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business interruption
• Damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service
• Content posted by other members of the community
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in course information
• The quality, content, delivery, or outcomes of any third-party courses
• Transactions or interactions with third-party platforms (Maven, Udemy, Discord, etc.)
• Unauthorized access to or use of your personal information

Your relationship under these terms is solely with Soul AI LLC. No individual — including its members, instructors, or employees — assumes any personal liability in connection with the service. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which a claim is based, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.

The site links to external sites we don't control and aren't responsible for. A link doesn't imply endorsement; use linked sites at your own risk.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above; continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
