Introduction

AI Superpower (course-ai.app) is operated by Soul AI LLC ("we", "us", "our"). "AI-Nate" is the instructor brand under which our content is published. The site offers course discovery plus a member community where you can create an account, post, comment, and like. This policy explains what we collect, how it's used, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

• Account information. When you sign up — with Google or with email and password — we receive your email address, display name, and (with Google sign-in) your profile photo. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication; we never see or store them ourselves.
• Profile information. A display name, profile photo, and optional bio you choose to add to your community profile.
• Content you create. Posts, comments, and likes in the community, including the space they're posted in and timestamps.
• Local preferences. Some viewing preferences are stored only in your browser (local storage), not on our servers.
• Security signals. We use Firebase App Check (Google reCAPTCHA) to block automated abuse; it evaluates your browser session and may set cookies for that purpose.

Community Content Is Visible to Others

The community is a shared space. Your posts, comments, likes, display name, profile photo, and bio are visible to other signed-in members. Don't post anything you wouldn't want other members to see, and never post sensitive personal information (yours or anyone else's).

How We Use Your Information

• Operate your account and the community (showing your posts, comments, and profile)
• Provide and improve course discovery and live-lesson listings
• Send promotional emails about new courses, live lessons, and educational content
• Keep the platform safe — moderation, spam prevention, and abuse detection
• Respond to your inquiries and support requests

Where Your Data Lives

Account and community data is stored with Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore) on Google Cloud servers, protected by Firebase security rules so members can only modify their own content. We don't sell your personal data to anyone.

Third-Party Services

• Google Firebase — authentication, database, and abuse prevention (Google Privacy Policy)
• Maven and Udemy — courses link out to these platforms; their own terms and privacy policies apply once you leave our site
• Discord — our chat community runs on Discord under Discord's policies
• CDN assets — fonts and icons are loaded from cdnjs/Google, which may see your IP address as part of serving those files

Marketing Communications

By creating an account or providing your email address, you consent to receive promotional emails from Soul AI LLC (sent under the AI-Nate brand) about new course launches, special offers, early access, and AI building resources. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or by contacting support@course-ai.app.

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your account data and content while your account is active. You can edit your profile and delete your own posts and comments at any time from within the community. To delete your account and associated personal data entirely, email support@course-ai.app and we'll process the request within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

AI Superpower is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we'll remove it.

Your Rights

• Object to processing of your personal data
• Opt out of marketing emails at any time

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above; continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
