Guide in English

One folder. One task. One draft you can check.

Set up your one-person-company workspace in Claude Cowork: a small folder, one reusable workflow, one customer invitation you check before anyone sends it. About 30 minutes, self-paced, no coding, no GitHub.

Focus Friday is fictional practice data. The prior-run files and screenshots on this page come from a real Cowork rehearsal on September 9, 2026 and app captures on September 10, 2026; each one is labelled captured, prior run, documented or illustrative. No customer demand was validated and no invitation was sent. Facts first. Draft next. You decide.

What is inside

  1. See where you end up — the actual draft from a prior run, and the one decision that stays with you.
  2. Open one folder as a Cowork project — the OPC starter folder, the click path, the project instructions to paste.
  3. Give Cowork the first task — one exact prompt; plan, approve, get a draft and a review in outputs/.
  4. Check the draft yourself — four checks, one revision request, two practice exercises.
  5. Run a different task in the same folder — a second workflow, plus a builder for a task of your own.
  6. Optional: save it as a Skill — the supported install path, how to verify it was used, and why Code and GitHub are not required.

About 30 minutes, self-paced, English. Progress is kept on your device only.
