We forgot to book one cleaning
Our insurance covers three cleanings a year for my 5-year-old. We forgot to book one, the next open time was weeks out, and at the next visit the dentist found a cavity. Why didn't the office just call us?
Most plans cover three cleanings a year. Most patients use one or two.
Everyone knows those calls should happen. The front desk is busy with the patients in the room.
Every cleaning that never gets booked is a visit the office never gets paid for.
How it works
Speech in, tools on our server, speech out
The model does the talking. Our backend owns the schedule, and every action Ava takes goes through it.
